I just called the skylight diner and they said it would not be a problem to handle 7 to 10 people on Saturday night around 6 p.m. They would only need a reservation if it was more than 15 people. She also said separate checks will not be a problem

Excellent, thanks Preston. No way we will exceed 15 people unless we get a lot of "walk-ons", people who join us but haven't made their plans known. I agree we will be in the 7-10 range, but I'm still assessing everyone's plans for Saturday.

I am in for Saturday night dinner, unless there is a major change in the weather forecast (like blizzard or ice storm). I am bringing boots, but they are not technically snow boots.

For whoever is counting heads for the dinner on Saturday, I will be joining y'all for dinner even if I do not manage to join you for much else due to a previous engagement in the morning which could run into the afternoon.

Jishnu, you are welcome to join us -- probably best to contact one of us and see when & where we reconvene at Penn Station.
And I stopped even trying to get a head count since everyone has such diverse plans. Whoever shows up shows up, and according to Preston's research, they only will care if we have at least 15 people, which we won't.
