MBTA plan for Tuesday 1/12/13 fills in the loose gaps from Monday where there were concerns on the Matappan Trolley and the Greenbush commuter raill line. Everything appears to be back now, albeit with a general warning that there could be delays. And while the Silver Line does run underground between Union Station and Silver Line Way, IT IS NOT A REAL SUBWAY! Much of the Silver Line, in fact all of the portion south along Washington, runs on the surface.
