Unruly passengers blamed for PATCO shutdown after Super Bowl
Passengers heading into Philadelphia to join an impromptu Eagles celebration tampered with a PATCO Hi-Speedline train door and then jumped off the train onto the tracks Sunday night, transit officials said Monday.
