As those who have been to our winter and summer meets know, within the weeks leading up to the event I put together a confidential contact list where our phone numbers are made available to one another, as well as hotel plans. As those who are attending should have their hotel plans by now, you can start sending me your information, entitled NYMARF Contact List. Include your cell phone number if you are new to the group or it has changed.
Would need hotels for Saturday 1/19 in Rochester, Sunday 1/20 in Springfield, and for those staying Friday night 1/18 in New York City in advance of the trip, that too.
Remember I keep this strictly confidential between participants on the list, so please don't post here or anywhere else publicly.
