Alan will likely be posting a bunch of PDF's of various Fest documents, but I have one to kick things off. I always make up a customized schedule for my Fest Amtrak trips. Here is the one I prepared for my trips this year. Please use it if it works for you.

Thanks Bill (and to Kevin and Alan). I am very fortunate to be traveling with computer literate rail fans. :)

Here are the current OTOL Frequency listings for the trains we'll be riding, except for the new Norfolk service which has yet to be created. I also threw in for good measure for those who might be coming from the west, the list for the Capitol Limited too.

Thanks, Alan for doing this. And besides the yet undocumented Norfolk Amtrak scanner frequencies, there are also some gaps in the above city transit information as I could not find any sources for this data. Please if anyone does discover the frequencies while we are there, please let me know so I can update my files for any future visits, and also HaRRy can update the Amtrak page on the OTOL website.

Here is the participants listing for the Fest. Note: This should not be confused with the Contact listing which was sent via email.
