Is this incident in the area solely served by RailRunner, or is the Southwest Chief affected too?
I'm not sure why RailRunner can't still run trains between Albuquerque and Belen, the southern part of the line. Their yard facility is right near the downtown station. They run in push-pull fashion so turning the train is not an issue. That's a mindset they seem to have learned from Amtrak. If we can't run the train all the way, we can't run it at all.
