Very Interesting. Hope Australia's Capital does see the benefits. Although it is interesting, I remember seeing somewhere that the project may finally be happening because of an agreement Labor made to get the Green Party councilor on their side to form the government for the Capitol Territory. An interesting way Light Rail worked to build political compromise, and one of the issues that formed up a government. Then again, in Australia, just about every elected body works different than us in how the are elected.
