Winterfest and the tunnel of lights The Connecticut Trolley Museum once again presents "Winterfest and the Tunnel of Lights," weekends in Nov. beginning the 27th and continuing through Dec. 30. You can ride either a open "electric sleigh" or a closed car. Join the motormen in singing traditional Christmas carols as the trolley makes its way through the "Tunnel of Lights." Returning to the visitor center, and enjoy a steaming cup of hot cocoa as you listen to the entertainment and look at the model trains and displays. Hours are Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., from Dec. 26 to Dec. 30. Admission is $12 adults, $10 seniors (62+), $8 children 2-12 years and $3 under age 2. The trolley museum is located at 58 North Road in East Windsor, Conn. Winterfest and tunnel of lights The Connecticut Trolley Museum presents Winterfest 2017 and "The Tunnel of Lights" beginning, Friday, Nov. 24. A new addition this year to the trolley ride is a tree light show synchronized with music.
