Capitol Limited near Somerset, PA.  Don't know if the train was east or west bound.

As long as the Capitol Limited was not seriously late, one would only expect the westbound to be in Pennsylvania at 9:30 PM.  Eastbound is supposed to leave Pittsburgh early morning and get to Washington early afternoon.
