Sorry forgot to mention that, and the O-Train's equimpment was made by Bombardiear.NJ TRANSIT RiverLine's equipment came from Europe, Germany I believe.
I think their are markets all over the country for both Heavy and Light DMUs.
In the case of heavy DMUs, I like the Colorado Railcar unit, because it can pull standard unpowered coaches. Making it basically a locomotive that seats 90 passengers in addition to pulling coaches. I hope both UTS and CRC can get repeat orders for their vehicles. It might get Seimens and Bombardier to get hopping on their own Heavy DMU designs, assuming they have them.

A local television station in Raleigh reported today that the Triangle Transit Authority's entire regional rail project may be dead, due to a lack of federal funding. No internet links are available as of yet, but when they are I will post them here.
The system was to have connected Raleigh, Durham, Cary, and Chapel Hill with each other, as well as the Research Triangle Park.
As of this time, TTA's website does not relect anything wrong.

Pennsylvania has some money riding on the Triangle Transit Authority's proposed 28-mile commuter train line.
So Sens. Rick Santorum and Arlen Specter, Pennsylvania Republicans, have joined North Carolina's Elizabeth Dole in prodding the Bush administration to release the brakes on federal money for the $810 million project.
