WEBB CITY, Mo. — When Lee Englert raised his right hand and pulled the metal chain hanging above his head, the horn of Streetcar No. 60 bellowed and the eyes of 5-year-old Christian Hirshey (sic) widened.

Christian was one of about 15 people Thursday who took the first ride of the day around Webb City’s King Jack Park in the 100-year-old restored electric streetcar.

This operation is in the Joplin, MO area.  I am glad to see that the trolley survived Joplin's major tornado in 2011.

:)
