What the (bleep) is UP thinking?! Angering the public is going to make their lives easier?

Obviously, UP must think Amtrak will go away if they keep this up. UP managers should be careful what they wish for...

Why don't the railways get controlled by the Fed? Like highways and Airways. Or, have them turned over to an independent org. that can manage the traffic flow.
