ITEM 1:

I hope this information will be useful for you and your readers. Based upon what I found in your numbers from the CAPITOLS, I wanted to try and give you an "apples-to-apples" comparison of ridership, on-time performance, etc. Certainly, since we run far fewer trains (as you will see below) and only run on weekdays, comparatively speaking, you will see many interesting statistics and similarities. In July 2007, CC saw approximately 120 passengers per train for their weekday trains. Then, in 2008, CC saw an increase of 30.8% at 157 average per train per weekday. CC has 32 trains per weekday.In July 2007, ACE saw approximately 371 passengers per train for their weekday trains. Then, in 2008, ACE saw an increase of 23.2% at 457 average per train per weekday. ACE has 8 trains per weekday. In July 2007, CC had a total month of 76,860 weekday passengers. Then, in 2008, CC saw an increase of 32.6% at 101,890 for the month. CC had 704 weekday trains for the month.In July 2007, ACE had a total month of 62,384 weekday passengers. Then, in 2008, ACE saw an increase of 29% at 80,422 for the month. ACE had 176 weekday trains for the month. In July 2007, CC pulled in $1,665,425 in fare revenue for the month. Then, in 2008, CC saw an increase of 34.3% at $2,236,661 for the month. CC pulled in roughly $2,479.67 per train for the month.In July 2007, ACE pulled in $358,214 in fare revenue for the month. Then, in 2008, ACE saw an increase of 33.6% at $478,437 for the month. ACE pulled in roughly $2,718.40 per train for the month. In July 2007, CC saw an On-Time Performance of 81.4% average for the month. Then, in 2008, CC saw an increase to 86.7% average for the month.In July 2007, ACE saw an On-Time Performance of 80.95% average for the month. Then, in 2008, ACE saw an increase to 91.48% average for the month.
