MEDIA ADVISORY: Full-scale emergency exercise on Yellow Line Bridge Sunday Morning
Metro Transit Police, the District of Columbia and Arlington County will conduct a full-scale emergency response exercise on the Yellow Line Bridge on Sunday, August 28, 2016 from 8:30 a.m. until approximately 2:00 p.m.
The exercise, which will take place on the elevated track approaching the Pentagon Station over the Potomac River, will simulate real-world conditions to test coordination and communication between on-scene responders, Metrorail operations staff, Metro Transit Police and support personnel.

*All credentialed members of the media must park in the designated media area located in the US Park Police Headquarters parking lot. Live trucks will be allowed on the striped curb lane of Ohio Drive after the Yellow Line Bridge. This will be the best vantage point to view the exercise.
