Well Day 1 of the 2005 OTOL PARF is history. We had 14 people together most of the day, including our run through New Jersey on the RiverLINE. We were a little early on the Norristown Line and into our lunch period, thanks to our brisk walk across Villanova University. We had a minor delay waiting for the PATCO Speedline at Broadway (Walter Rand TC), which caused us to have dinner a little later and subsequently ride the Broad-Ridge & Broad Street Subways a little later than originally planned. We overall lost about 20 minutes, not too bad.
We had a good time and got to meet a couple of people new to our fests.
Tomorrow (Sunday) the forecast is still ominous for some precipitation, although it should only be rain in the areas where we will be. Hopefully it won't affect us too much.
