As always we will try to provide nightly updates from our hotels after our days on the rails.

Now with the advent of Twitter I can provide smaller updates (140 characters or less) as we travel, since one can do that from a cell phone. However while we are on the LD trains, the ability to do so is the same as phone calls or texting. There are dead spots between towers at some points of the train trips, especially where the tracks are not near a major highway or city.

You don't have to be a member of Twitter to find the updates, but you will have to go to http://twitter.com/kevinkorell to see them. Twitter members can, of course, set the messages to go to your mobile device.
