Iowa Association of Railroad Passengers (IARP), newsletter for July 2012:

IARP's newsletter has re-published the Chicago to Omaha Passenger Rail Study. You can get the details here.

IARP ran a National Train Day exhibit at the Des Moines Farmers Market on the designated day in May, and it was such a success that they repeated it the following Saturday.

The Hawkeye Express special train will once again be running this Fall to University of Iowa football games.
