Philadelphia, PA Inquirer, 1/23/15:

SEPTA, PATCO want to know how Gallery rehab will affect riders

Passengers at five busy transit stations will face detours when the Gallery shopping center in Center City closes for renovations.

Here is more.

This should serve as a friendly warning to all --- I know that the Gallery (formerly Gallery at Market East) has been the go-to place to have lunch or dinner when visiting Philly because of its proximity to the Broad-Ridge Spur, Market Frankford Line, PATCO, and Regional Rail.  Well it appears that it is slowly being dismantled for rehabilitation. So some or all of the eateries in the two food courts either have closed or may close soon.  I've made this notation in my Rails to Restaurants list for Philadelphia.   In the area one still has the Reading Terminal Market, which sits behind the Gallery, and of course many storefront places along the nearby streets.   Or you can still get a meal in Suburban Station or 30th Street Station.
