A consistent pattern of dangerously cold and sometimes snowy weather is settling over the Chicagoland area for the next few days. This pattern has the potential to adversely affect Metra’s vast infrastructure. Metra will make every effort to provide normal service; however, severe winter weather has the potential to disrupt service and cause delays. Please use caution when boarding the train as well as stepping off the train onto platforms. Take your time walking across parking lots and allow extra travel time to get to and from your destination. Please refer to Service Updates for information.
