WMATA has posted their "generic" Metro Prepares for Snow page. There has been no announcement concerning Metrorail service, however all bus and paratransit service for tomorrow was cancelled early this afternoon.
I believe WMATA will attempt running trains running through out this storm, even if passenger service is suspended. This keeps the track and third rail clear of snow and ice. If snow reaches a depth of 8 inches, above ground train operations will likely be suspended.
