The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA) website is not reporting any outages on their heavy or light rail lines today. Cleveland is said to be one of the cities that was hit by the major power failure.
Remember that if there is indeed an outage in that city, updates may be slow or impossible without the capability of the agency to upload new information to their website.

Greater Cleveland has bigger problems than their transit system anyhow. It's my understanding that many of the communities are without water, since Cleveland relies totally on water pumped from the lake.
Poor Mike Hammond is once again without facilities, but at least he had a chance to practice for this problem during the Boston Tea Party.
At least here in NYC, all of our water system is gravity feed so we don't have that worry.
Alan,
