QUOTE Fuel tanker bursts into flames after crash with CSX train in Polk County BARTOW -- Polk County firefighters are on scene of a train and fuel tanker collision near Highway 60, between Bartow and Mulberry, according to Polk County Fire and Rescue official Brad Ruhmann. SNIP The driver of the truck has not responded to attempts to contact him, officials said. The driver is believed to still be inside the cab of the truck. The driver has not been identified. SNIP Officials have accounted for everyone on the train and they were not injured. The train was hauling three empty sulfur chemical cars. Complete story. |
