San Gabriel Valley Tribune editorial, Monrovia, CA, 5/5/16:
Fixing the Gold Line’s parking garage problem
Southern California neighborhoods that become attractions also bear the burden of the vehicular traffic and the parking problems that come with the popular territory.
Ask the neighbors who live near Pasadena’s Rose Bowl, or San Marino’s Huntington Library, or Pomona’s Fairplex — or the Hollywood sign.
The good news is that the neighbors are part of an attractive, as the real estate agents say, location location location. The bad news is learning to share your neighborhood with others.
