Debris that caused five hour delay for Amtrak train in Charles City was reported earlier that morning

 

The morning on which 84 Amtrak passengers were delayed for over five hours last week, an employee of a trucking company near the railroad apparently tried to report concrete and metal debris on the tracks in Charles City.
