CSX Service Bulletin: 9/2 - Hurricane Earl
CSX is monitoring Hurricane Earl very closely. We have operational plans and procedures in place to protect our system, and to quickly recover should the storm impact our service territory.
We are planning local service curtailments in some areas of Coastal North Carolina and Coastal Virginia. We will continue to monitor the storm this evening and update those impacted as the storm progresses.
Customers with questions regarding specific shipments should access the Problem Resolution tool via ShipCSX or contact the Customer Service Center at 1-XXX-XXX, options 5 - 6.
