Light RailLink Service Advisory

 

 

The MDOT MTA is currently monitoring the weather event and asks our customers to please plan ahead and allow extra time for your commute. As the day progresses and conditions change, services may be either reduced or possibly suspended. MDOT MTA 5:14 pm 3/2/18:
 

Light RailLink Service Suspension

 

 

Based on deteriorating weather conditions, MDOT MTA will be suspending Light RailLink service effective at 7pm Friday evening. The last trains will run Northbound from BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport at 6:40pm and from Cromwell Station at 6:58pm. Southbound from Hunt Valley Station at 6:45pm. We are asking our patrons to refer to the MDOT MTA website www. mta.maryland.gov for alternate travel options on CityLink and LocalLink bus routes. The safety of our riders is our first priority and throughout the day MDOT MTA Light RailLink has experienced multiple issues with downed trees, damaged catenary lines, and power outages.

Light RailLink Weather Related Service Advisory

 

 

Due to ongoing repairs to downed overhead wires at the Falls Road Light RailLink station and continuing inclement weather conditions, shuttle bus service will be accommodating passengers between North Avenue and Lutherville stations until further notice. During this time, we also ask that patrons utilize Local and CityLink bus service to continue your commute.The safety of our riders is our first priority and we apologize for any inconvenience that you experience and appreciate your patience as we work diligently to restore normal service.

Light RailLink Service Advisory

 

Repairs to downed overhead wires at the Falls Road Light RailLink station are complete and Light RailLink service has resumed from Lutherville to North Avenue. Shuttle bus service is no longer in place. We appreciate your patience and thank you for riding Light RailLink.
