The last bit of information I will provide participants is the Contact listing. But first, if you haven't already done so, you need to provide the data to me. This is a strictly CONFIDENTIAL list of everyone's cell phone numbers and where they are staying. This is for emergency use in the event of a last minute change, or if somebody becomes separated from the group. It also helps people know who else in the group is staying at a particular hotel so they can travel to the Fest start point and from the end point (or dinner) together. A lot of you who know the game already provided me your hotel plans unsolicited, but for those who didn't, now is the time. If I don't have your cell phone number, please provide it as well. This should be done strictly via e-mail. The list, in turn, will be sent out only to those on the list, and it should be kept only among the same people. It will not be posted anywhere online. If you do print it out, don't leave it laying around and please destroy it when you get home.
