Robert Accetta is leading the team as investigator-in-charge.

FWIW- I believe Robert Accetta is a commercial motor vehicle accident specialist.  I did a quick search; every accident he is listed as the lead investigator involves commercial vehicles; he was the lead investigator on the June 24, 2011 California Zephyr/truck collision in Nevada.

Ventura County Star, 2/24/15:

Metrolink will bus commuters to Moorpark on Wednesday

Commuters from Oxnard, Ventura and Camarillo will be bused to Moorpark to board trains for Los Angeles Wednesday, Metrolink officials announced Tuesday afternoon.

The change was triggered by the crash in Oxnard early Tuesday morning. The bus shuttle for west Ventura County sites mimics the service used Tuesday afternoon.
