Dick and I left our respective cities in Florida on 3/21 and we currently are on train 98 to NYP.  We should arrive NYP around 11am on Friday, if on time.  So far we are running pretty much on time.

Somehow I got my busy butt to New York City.  Drove to Metropark with no Amtrak reservations, and that was good because (a) It was during a regular scheduled lull in Amtrak service there, and (  b ) the next Amtrak train was one of many that was delayed in Maryland by a bridge strike.   I took NJ TRANSIT to the city.

I apparently never posted that Dick and I arrived in New York.  We arrived a little late, went to lunch with a friend who lives in Brooklyn and then checked into the hotel.
