We're at three weeks to go before the next event. So I am getting ready to put together the hotel/contact listing for participants. Its purpose is so that Fest participants know where others are staying, and also to contact one another in the unlikely event of emergency or if someone gets left behind.
If your phone number has changed since previous Fests or you are new to the group, please let me know. If you are staying in a hotel (or two or three hotels) and you sent it to me already, you jumped the gun. If you haven't yet, please do. I will put that information together as well. Remember, please e-mail it to me, and keep the information otherwise confidential as always since it contains fellow participants' phone numbers. Closer to NYRF I will send out the list to those whose names appear on it.
