Port Authority to replace safety feature on light-rail vehicles for $20.1 million

 

 

Port Authority expects to spend more than $20 million over the next four years to replace the emergency braking system that prevents light-rail cars from running into each other.

It will be a busy next few years for crews that service Port Authority’s light-rail vehicles.
