Just in case there is some confusion from the article, HSR does not refer to high speed rail. Hamilton's transit agency, which at one time ran streetcars but is now only buses, is still called Hamilton Street Railway. The name will fit once more if LRT does happen.

And it will be a nice suburban system, feeding GO Transit trains at their Hamilton station stop.
