I realize that several more of you have indicated interest in joining us. When you know the dates of your participation I will gladly add your name to the list.

Remember, please e-mail me any information regarding the Fest, so I can keep everything in one place. Therefore, if you tell me something in public chat, chat private message, board message, telephone, text message, social media, etc. I may overlook your plans.

A few are already all set with hotels, Amtrak reservations, etc. Once you have finalized those plans, please send them by the same manner. I have already begun working on the spreadsheet showing our accommodations aboard the various Amtrak trains. Likewise should plans change please let me know as well. Closer to the event I begin doing a contact listing as well so we know where everyone is staying in each city and can share cell phone numbers.

Until today, I hadn't updated the guest list in 3 months. Some people sent me hotel and train information within that period but I inadvertantly didn't add them to the master guest list. The latest update was just posted (revised link in #1 post above), so if your name should be on it (but isn't) please let me know. And if your name isn't on it (but should), please let me know as well. I received a few new participants to add within the past couple of weeks.
