Brighton - History keeps repeating itself and the owner of Memory Junction Museum wants it to stop.
Ralph Bangay is fed up with the vandalism that has taken place on his property and the latest incident, a broken window in a rail car that houses historical material about Brighton, had him thinking it was time to cut short his season long before he usually does, the end of September.
