Where do we meet for each day's activities?   We should be together for most of each day, but if separated from the group or joining us later, this is where we can assemble.  If you can't find someone, call or SMS text to someone in the group works too.

  • Friday Foxboro trip:    South Station near departure board in center of waiting room by 2:30 PM (for 2:45 PM departure)
  • Saturday Fairmount Line Readville trip:    South Station near departure board in center of waiting room by 9:35 AM (for 9:50 AM departure)
  • Saturday Downeaster trip leaving Boston:   North Station (will be taking alternate transportation, so hopefully there are directional signs) by 11:30 AM (Bus departs 11:45 AM).
  • Saturday Downeaster trip leaving Brunswick:   Meet at train platform by 5:30 PM (for 5:45 PM departure).
  • Sunday Downeaster trip leaving Freeport:  Meet at train platform by 7:10 AM (for 7:23 AM departure).    Advise checking out of hotel by 7:00 AM.
  • Sunday Wachusett trip leaving Boston:    North Station near departure board in center of waiting room by 11:35 AM (for 11:50 AM departure).
  • Sunday Green Line trips:   Going directly to Green Line station after arrival from Wachusett.  Intended departure 3:57 PM but this is flexible if we're all ready to go.
  • Monday Foxboro trip:  South Station near departure board in center of waiting room by 8:30 AM (for 8:45 AM departure).

Please do everyone a favor and anywhere possible, buy your commuter rail and transit fares ahead of time.  It will expedite our travels so we don't have to wait for anybody.     You can get Charlie Cards or Charlie Tickets at South Station when you get into town.

There are restrooms in North and South Stations, aboard Downeaster trains in each coach, and there is supposed to be at least one restroom available aboard MBTA commuter rail trains.  If the coach with the restroom is closed, you can ask the conductor for access.   There are no restrooms aboard the Green Line or any other rapid transit.
