Amtrak Upgrades Green River and Helper Stations
WASHINGTON, D.C. – As part of a larger commitment toward upgrading its passenger stations, Amtrak completes $5 million in improvements to the Green River and Helper stations.
Amtrak has added the Green River and Helper stations in Utah to its list of upgraded, accessible stations. As part of its ADA Stations Program, Amtrak completed $5 million in upgrades that include “new guardrails, lighting, signage, accessible parking spots and ramps leading up to the platforms.” Amtrak’s California Zephyr stops twice at each station daily.
