Meet Mr. McFeely from Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood. Enjoy trolley rides and watch Trolley Parades at 11AM, 1PM, and 3PM.

FWIW, the McFeely name came from Fred Rogers' middle name which was McFeely.  David Newel who has played the character for decades is a super nice guy.  I once arranged for him to be part of an event at the Rockhill Trolley Museum, Rockhill Furnace, PA.
