Rail Safety Week will have a new name in September
Operation Lifesaver Inc. (OLI) is changing the name of Rail Safety Week, which is held each September.
This year, the event — to be held Sept. 23-29 — will be called See Tracks? Think Train! Week. The new name better represents what the week-long observance is all about: public education and attention on rail safety, OLI officials said in a news release.
