The odd thing was that the second robo call was several hours after I talked to an agent after the first robo call. I think they have decided that they need to keep Julie gainfully employedMeanwhile, since you've answered the robo-call they figure you got the message. There are times like these where human touch would be a lot better ---- that way they are sure they got through to you and you understand. But I should not say that, because the next step may be outsourcing such messages to a foreign country.
