Morton Grove woman, 61, struck, killed by Amtrak train
A 61-year old woman was struck and killed by a train Monday night, May 18, in Morton Grove at Lehigh and Lincoln avenues, police said.
A Metra spokesperson initially said it appeared to be an accident but the Cook County medical examiner's office ruled the death a suicide Tuesday afternoon.
I've scolded this reporter's use of the "C" word.
