The OTOL Fest group takes another one. Our curse has now spread to the Spaghetti Warehouse in Tampa. E-mail from them:
SPAGHETTI WAREHOUSE TAMPA-YBOR CITY
LOCATION CLOSING
After more than 25 years in the community, we have made the difficult business decision to suspend operations and announce the closure of the Spaghetti Warehouse Restaurant in Tampa, Florida, located in Historic Ybor City.
The restaurant will be open until Wednesday, March 9th, with the closure effective on March 10th. We are working closely with everyone on our staff, whose hard work and dedication is appreciated and we thank them for their many contributions.
To our many guests, we say thank you. We enjoyed serving you, your family and friends. And, it was our pleasure to share in the celebrations that took place over countless lunches and dinners, not to mention birthdays, anniversaries and other special occasions.
Since opening for business in 1991, Spaghetti Warehouse has been proud to be a part of the Historic Ybor City neighborhood; serving our guests in a building that once housed the largest cigar factory in the world. We thank everyone in the Tampa community who we've served and who supported us throughout the years.
For anyone who has a question about our restaurant in Tampa/Ybor City, we invite you to send us an email at: info@meatballs.com.
A follow-up e-mail says that they might relocate elsewhere in Tampa, but they are gone for now.
