RailRunner has a text messaging feature whereby they can alert travelers on delays affecting certain trains, or in general. You can sign up for it here. It can be cancelled once our trip is over. Standard text messaging rates apply.

I signed up for "General Information" for both directions, and also specific trains 510, 511, and 512.

It works! I'm getting texts today regarding delays to Train #511 due to a sick passenger.

Just realized I am still receiving texts 8 months later regarding delays on RailRunner trains 510, 511, and 512. Text "stop" to 313131 to unsubscribe.
