After years of blight, LA Rosa Parks Station expects update
A Los Angeles Metro station named after civil rights activist Rosa Parks is getting an upgrade after years of blight.
Transit riders have long complained about crime, poor lighting and overall drabness at the Rosa Parks Station in Willowbrook
It would be difficult to fix, but its position in the middle of the Anderson Freeway (the Green Line platform) will always suffer from noise and air pollution. Maybe they can take the opportunity to build some sort of sound wall to cut down on the decibels.
