At 7 p.m. this evening, METRO began suspending all services as the winter storm pushed into the region. Services will remain suspended through Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2021 and will resume only when it is safe to do so. The restoration of service may be a gradual return based on weather conditions. METRO Customer Service call center will extend its hours Sunday evening until 10 p.m. to assist customers and can be reached at 713-635-4000.

METRO HOV/HOT lanes and the METRO RideStore will also be closed.  All METROLift trips scheduled for the evening of Feb. 14 through Feb. 16 have been cancelled. Customers should contact the METROLift Reservations Center to reschedule trips.

Riders are asked to monitor METRO's Twitter and Facebook pages for timely information regarding transit service. METRO also offers real-time information through its service alerts system, and the METRO Customer Service call center is open 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. daily.
