CN Service Alert, 4/17:
NAPADOGAN SUBDIVISION
Train M30511-17 derailed along the Napadogan subdivision of the CN main line near Green River, NB. The incident, which occurred on Friday, April 17, at 1401hrs EDT, is currently obstructing rail traffic between Moncton, NB, and Quebec City, QC.
CN crews are responding to the site in order to undertake the necessary repairs. Customers should expect that traffic scheduled to cross the affected area may be delayed by approximately 24 hours.

Train M30511-17 derailed along the Napadogan subdivision of the CN main line near Green River, NB. The incident, which occurred on Friday, April 17, at 1401hrs EDT, is currently obstructing rail traffic between Moncton, NB, and Quebec City, QC.
According to current estimates, the site will be cleared as of 2100hrs ADT on Saturday, April 18. Portions of the affected traffic are currently being detoured in order to expedite customer shipments. Overall delays to traffic scheduled to use the Napadogan subdivision remain in the range of approximately 24 hours for the time being.

Train carrying wood, paper products derails in New Brunswick
EDMUNSTON, N.B. -- Officials say there were no injuries and no environmental threat after a CN train derailed in Edmundston, N.B., on Friday afternoon.
Andre Madore, the deputy chief of the Edmundston police department, said there also wasn't any fire as a result of the derailment and he was assured by crews on the scene that there was no danger or threat to the environment.

The site was cleared as of 0045hrs ADT on Sunday, April 19. Customers should expect only minimal delays during the return to normal service levels in the area.
