Please keep Kate in your thoughts. She got violently ill just hours before our flight this morning. We're having to stay in DC for at least another 24 hours until she's well enough to fly.

Said goodbye to Washington and my triple hotel hop in Crystal City/Pentagon City.   Now aboard Acela 2250 on the way home.

I was onboard 2250 with Kevin to metropark. After he got off I continued to Boston. First class was very full. From nyp 2 others shared my 4 seater. 2250 made good time to Boston. Then I took a Lyft to Logan. Just finished fried clams at the Legal C bar. In a few minutes I'll go through security and board my flight.

I am waiting in the WAS Club Acela right now getting ready to board train 97 home.  This afternoon, I rode regionals to and from BWI to visit with my sister and my 2 month old great niece.

Update:  I arrived in WPK (a few minutes early) on Tuesday afternoon, then took SunRail 2 stops south and walked home from there.

I stayed onboard 50 to Trenton where I caught a 6 minute connection to NJT up to Metropark. The next day I continued on NJT into NYC and on LIRR to Jamaica and the JFK Airtrain to JFK. A Delta Airbus A319 took me home to New Orleans.

Who should I contact if I encountered an absolute jerk who has no business interacting with the public?  Specifically the shuttle driver from BWI rail station to BWI airport terminal.

Here's the BWI "Contact Us" page:

http://www.bwiairpor...out-bwi/contact

After looking at the list, I would start with a call to "BWI Airport Information 410-859-7111 or 800-I FLY BWI."  Perhaps they can direct you to the best office to air your complaint.
