A GRAND GESTURE: THE DIFFERENCE A 'GOOD MORNING' MAKES
Meet Bruce Meredith.
Every morning, Monday through Friday, Meredith paces above the platform at the Chicago Transit Authority's Grand Blue Line train station throwing a "Hi!" or a "Have a good morning!" at every hurried commuter he can catch.
"It's just a part of who I am, probably a lot of my upbringing," he says. "But at the same time, I just like to be a positive person. I like to stay positive, and thankfully it's received by the people I come in contact with."
