An eastbound train struck and killed a pedestrian near the Devon train station Wednesday evening, as thousands of people attended the Devon Horse Show just a short distance away.

This was a suicide, and was Amtrak (originally it wasn't known whether she was hit by Amtrak or SEPTA).  From Philadelphia, PA Inquirer, 5/28/15:

The death of a 20-year-old Royersford woman hit by an Amtrak train Wednesday night in Chester County has been ruled a suicide, authorities said.
