From today's Wall Street Journal:
"The stretch of sand in southeastern Mexico known as the Mayan Riviera could get a new airport runway and a light rail system, to serve the increasing number of tourists flocking to Cancun's beaches, five-star resorts, and nearby Mayan ruins. Independent airport group Asur has requested a permit to build another runway at the Cancun Internaitonal Airport to allow for more flights. The proposed rail system would connect the Cancun airport with nearby cities such as Cozumel and Tulum."
