Whose line is it, anyway? Sinkhole near rail line has City of Dalton, CSX pointing fingers
DALTON, Ga. — Concern grows as a Dalton sinkhole forms just 12 feet away from a major CSX railway.
But as far as who is responsible for the pipe that caused the sinkhole, that remains uncertain.
